Hey everybody! Steven here to remind you that there’s more to healthy living than eating the right foods. You also need to move!

It’s so easy to come home from school or work and unwind in front of a TV. That’s okay—there’s nothing wrong with that. But if you stay at the TV through a snack…then dinner…then after dinner…that’s a problem. To achieve a strong and fit “you” and maintain a healthy weight, you can’t spend your free time sitting. You’ve got to do a little exercise, play a sport or take a walk. Make time to move.
